From Reentry to Entrepreneurship

At Bloom Housing Partners, we believe stable housing is just the beginning. That’s why we’ve partnered with Boomin University, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, to launch Bloom and Boom—a first-of-its-kind program that offers both housing and hands-on entrepreneurship training for people re-entering society after incarceration.

What the Program Offers

Bloom and Boom provides affordable, shared housing to formerly incarcerated individuals of all genders who have recently completed a transitional program and are currently employed. While living in our supportive group homes, participants complete a 12-month business training program using the nationally recognized Kauffman FastTrac curriculum.

Participants will:

Live in a safe, affordable home with other goal-driven residents

Attend weekly entrepreneurship workshops and coaching sessions

Build a real, fundable business plan from the ground up

Gain access to mentors, resources, and funding opportunities

Graduate with the tools to launch and sustain their own business

Why It Works

Bloom and Boom isn’t just a program—it’s a second chance wrapped in structure, support, and community. By combining housing and business education, we help participants reclaim their power, rewrite their stories, and create generational impact.
